Since being a trainer I’ve had the pleasure to meet & work with some amazing people from all different backgrounds and experience levels and it has been so fun to get to know you all.
My main aim with clients is to show that losing weight through exercise is just one benefit of training.
I LOVE to coach people that exercising to move your body, challenging yourself, stepping outside of your comfort zone & develop your confidence are all important reasons to start training.
A big aim of mine with sessions, is to to be fun, relaxed and enjoyable, but also a space where we can work together to really challenge and push you to your limits!
